| Description of the problem | Takata recall. I have been getting recall notices (via mail and email) about my car's airbags since january 2018. I have contacted my dealership multiple times about the issue, and each time i am told that there are currently no means with which to replace the defective, potentially dangerous airbags. There is no recourse offered at all by mercedes benz at the current time to address this issue, which mercedes benz admits is dangerous. My most recent called was today, when i spoke to a service adviser named moe at mercedes benz of brooklyn. |
